Exercise Physiology at the Practice
GP and exercise physiology
Allied health here is not a separate business renting a room. Your doctor and your exercise physiologist work in the same building, on the same plan — so a chronic disease management plan becomes a programme you actually start, rather than a referral you chase yourself.

How to Book an Appointment
Book online or call us
Book a GP appointment online any time, or call (08) 6147 6547 and our reception team will find you a time. Tell them what you need so they can book the right appointment length.
Fill in the new patient form
New patients complete a short form before the first visit so your doctor has your history to hand.
See your doctor
Allow a little extra time for a first appointment. Bring your Medicare card and any current medicines.
Walk-ins are welcome from 10 August 2026. Booking ahead means a specific doctor at a time that suits you, but you do not need an appointment to be seen — and while the practice is new, the wait is usually short.
