Before you book

What to Have Ready

  • Your Medicare card

And any concession or DVA card. Without a Medicare number an appointment is billed privately.

  • A summary from your last doctor

A medical or discharge summary is ideal for a first appointment. Ask your previous practice for one before you come in.

  • Roughly what it is about

Enough for us to book the right length. You do not have to give reception the detail.

  • Your medicines and any letters

A list of what you take, including anything over the counter, plus recent results or specialist letters if you have them.

Prefer to Call?

Reception is here Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm. Tell them what you need and they will match you to the right doctor and book enough time.

If you are unwell and it cannot wait, say so when you call. In an emergency ring 000.
