Professional experience

Clyve has over a decade of clinical experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist across a broad range of healthcare settings, including hospital rehabilitation, community aged care, private practice, occupational rehabilitation, and community-based services. He has extensive experience working with clients under Medicare, DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, private health insurance, and other compensable funding schemes, collaborating closely with GPs, specialists, allied health, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Fees and rebates

Fee model
Private fee-for-service. Fees are payable at the time of consultation.
Referrals
Private patients are welcome without a referral. Referrals are accepted from GPs, medical specialists and other healthcare providers where applicable.
Medicare
Medicare rebates are available for eligible patients referred under a GP Chronic Disease Management plan, subject to current Medicare criteria.
Private health
Private health rebates are available for eligible exercise physiology services, depending on your level of extras cover and your fund's policy.
Other funding
Services are available for eligible patients under DVA, NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed), WorkCover, motor vehicle insurance and other compensable schemes where approved.
